Andes Signal is operated by The SC Company. This policy explains what data we process when you buy an eSIM or create an account, what we use it for and what rights you have.
Data we collect
Email address and, if you provide it, your name, to create your account and deliver your eSIM.
Order data: the plan bought, trip dates, amount and the status of payment and delivery.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name and an account identifier from Google. We don't access your contacts, email or files.
We don't receive or store your card or PayPal account details: payment happens on PayPal, which only tells us it was completed, the amount and the payer's email.
What we use it for
To process your purchase, deliver the eSIM QR code and give you support.
To keep your account and show you your orders.
To send you transactional emails (verification, order, password recovery). We don't send advertising.
Who we share it with
PayPal, to collect the payment.
eSIM Access, our wholesale provider, which receives the technical order data needed to generate the eSIM.
Resend, to send emails, and Amazon Web Services, where the service is hosted.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie, needed to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and orders while you keep the account, and payment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask for its deletion and object to its processing by writing to the contact email. We'll reply within a reasonable time.
Visit measurement
We measure visits to the site with our own system, with no cookies and without storing your IP address. We record the page viewed, where you came from, the type of device and browser and the language, together with an identifier that changes every day and cannot be used to recognise you from one day to the next. We use this data in aggregate to improve the store. We do not measure you if you have "Do Not Track" turned on, nor visits from the admin team.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
